Hello and welcome!
You will find here all the lessons, documents and exercises. I will always give you your final task at the beginning so that you know what you are training for. Let's learn a few things about the Irish culture!

Let's talk about your exam!
You will have to create an infographic related to Irish culture and identity and present it to the class. it is important for you to be able to communicate in English to get your degree. it is hard but it is also a good training. Let's have some fun.

1.The Irish Heritage

2. The Irish Heritage
Hey! You are back!
You have different missions here.
First describe the ring
Second you click and listen to the audio 3 times.
Third. Let me explain : Click on the links.
The document of student A is easier and more guided.
The document of student B is less guided.
You can have a look at both and choose which one was made for you. :)
You can all do it but some need more help than others and they shouldn't be ashamed of it.

Let's correct the first question:
We can see three parts:
- A heart
- A crown with two hands around it.

3. Sharing a legendary heritage

Hey! You are back! I hope that you have learnt many things about what it really means to be Irish.
Now, we are going to play a game! Here is your mission:
Work with your partner!
Student A: You are an American journalist writing about Irish culture and heritage.
Student B: You are an Irish citizen. Talk about your Irish culture and heritage and how it is passed on by your family.

Need help?
Use the following document to create a dialogue.
This will also be useful for your final exam. You will have to speak with a teacher for 5 minutes. (it can be really long when you don't know what to say...)

4. Questioning cultural identity

Hey! How are you? Still alive? I hope so. :) Now that you have learnt many things about the Irish people, you are able to talk about Ireland. You can use the lesson but the goal is to discover new things, thanks to your presentation. But before that, we need a good recipe ( methodology).
You can also talk about myths and legends, languages etc... It is your turn to teach me something.
